Beyond the commute
A daily suggested walk leads you down streets you’ve never been on, instead of the same three between your flat, the shop and the station.
New in town
Get to know your new city, one street at a time.
Untrod shows you the streets you haven’t walked yet and suggests a route through them each day, so you get past the same few routes.
Join the waitlistLearn the landmarks
Churches, statues, murals, viewpoints: pass one and you collect its stamp, with a short fact about what you’re looking at. Your new home’s history, a block at a time.
Watch your area grow
Your new neighbourhood’s percentage climbs with every walk, so you can watch the unfamiliar grid turn into streets you know, and see how much of it already feels like home.
How it works
- STEP 1
Walk
Start a walk in the app and head out. Location is recorded during walks you start, and only then.
- STEP 2
Your map fills in
Every street you walk turns orange, and the coverage % for your neighbourhood and city goes up.
- STEP 3
Collect stamps
Walk past a landmark and its stamp is yours, along with a small fact about the place.
Already walk with Apple Health or an Apple Watch? Your past walks are imported, so they’re on your map from day one.
